This is exactly what I'm working on.

Merchant-issued, fiat-denominated e-gift cards, as cashu tokens on nostr. Transferable, and only redeemable at the issuing merchant (not the mint!)

I'm currently fully redoing the wallet to make it more simple and normie-friendly and when I have more time, will be publishing my different repos on GitHub...
