I'm not pretending anything. BIP110 REDUCED the validity (didn't add new rules). 80% had NO OPINION on the BIP. Apathy means you go along with the miner produced blocks.

And the "Economic Majority" means what? What did they signal? Did they secretly run a URSF?

It went like this: 20% said "We want this Softfork" 80% said "We don't care if the Softfork activates or not."

The miners said fuck the 20% and the 80%, not caring either way, went along with the miners.
