Those sort of clothes aren't European, that's true. Look like foreign costumes, rather than local women trying to dress modestly.

However, I am really grateful for the overall islamic influence on European style, as they've made it easier for other women to also dress modestly without everyone freaking out. And now we have summer dresses with sleeves and long swishy skirts, and we can finally feel pretty and comfy. So, yay.
