I've been playing around with A client for me and me alone, and to be honest I probably exaggerated a bit saying one prompt. But I have interacted with the LLMs enough to know that you can point it to nostr github and it will nail comments, note retrieval from relays, and most of the basic barebones features you'd need to use the protocol. DMs are a bit wonky and hard to iron out due to different spec being used. I emplore you to keep going, I'm a retard when it comes to coding, so I would rely heavily on the LLMs. If you are as well(not a tard, but using/relying on the LLMs for coding) you can tell it to check out clients that already do certain things well and it can implement it like said client did. Most have open code bases that you can reference.

If using LLMs definetly make tests since we know them to halucinate/ skip certain verifications.

Maybe I'm just an optimistic tard, but eventually nostr is gonna have its kicking the beehive moment, and we might be at the start of it with these note take down requests that are starting to appear.

Imo the biggest and worrisome thing for me is the relay operators. They are the bottleneck for notes to be seen and shared, where actual censorship could/have happened And running your own relay will help protecting your own notes from disappearing, but doesn't keep everyone else seeing it unless they connect directly to it. Self hosted blossom servers are available for the media part.

Gonna peep your skate spot client, cool idea for a client.

Keep building. That's what bear markets are for, building.
