❤️ So what SHOULD we teach children?

Teach our daughters:

You have inherent value because you’re human.

Your body belongs to you.

Attention doesn’t determine your worth.

Being attractive doesn’t diminish your intelligence.

You can enjoy being beautiful without owing anyone access.

You can be ambitious without apologizing.

Other people’s behavior remains their responsibility.

Teach our sons:

You have inherent value because you’re human.

You don’t have to earn the right to matter.

Attraction is normal.

Your behavior remains your responsibility.

Rejection doesn’t make you lesser.

Another man’s success isn’t your failure.

Kindness isn’t weakness.

Supporting a woman doesn’t make you a simp.

A woman’s body isn’t something you’re owed for treating her well.

And teach both:

You aren’t commodities.

You aren’t rankings.

You aren’t sexual-market values.

You don’t need to dominate someone to matter.

You don’t need someone else’s desire to prove your worth.
