I always thought you had to exercise to lose weight but it’s not the case. Simply being calorie deficient will do it. In fact, it’s way easier to lose weight this way. You don’t have to push yourself one bit.

The problem is that you lose muscle mass if you don’t work out, and end up looking like a wimpy skeleton 😂 I clearly don’t want that.
