Incandescent lights mimic the spectrum of the sun. LED light is unnatural, it doesn't have the same smooth and wide spectrum of incandescents. The usual suspects discovered this decades ago and weaponized it against us - the isolate blue spectrum unique to LED's and my favoured explanation why people are so docile today (not the exclusive factor, but a leading one IMO).
Very simple overview from Jack Kruse, he goes into more depth in other discussions if you want me to dig anything out for you.
