Good morning Nostr Fam ☀️ I find it so fascinating to observe how nature communicates with us when we connect with all our senses. A few weeks ago, I had a lumbago that was incredibly painful. I'm still recovering and have to move very mindfully and breathe deeply consciously deep, because my diaphragm was also very tense. And ever since that bout of lumbago, I've been seeing horsetail growing everywhere! I've lived in the same place for over four years now, and this is the first time I've ever seen horsetail growing here. So I'm accepting nature's invitation and have already collected a nice supply, and I drink some of it every day 🥰
