What feels really strange is that they can do this during the day, when it's easier to shut down every kind of incoming threat. I understand the technicalities (reloading time, saturation, etc.), but it is the most covered by the air defence city on this planet. More than that, if I recall correctly, there are at least 600 km from the Ukrainian border. Again, something is really strange regarding the Russian AD, and it might be close to collapsing. A good indicator for an existing and properly working Russian AD system should be a lot of damage from the AD interceptors. If that particular damage doesn't exist, the AD might be hollow, and the nastiest of surprises should be right around the corner.
