Let's see this over time. They say they won't age verify 90% of existing accounts based on creation date and activity patterns. But I expect all new accounts to need to age verify or have all content deemed "adult" censored. That's when the category of content "detrimental to minors" starts including certain politics or social movement that this goes off the rails for privacy. You're either limited to non-adult content or full kyc.
