Tempering chocolate at 9 p.m. because I don’t want customers waiting any longer than they have to.
A little reminder that I’m just one person doing all of this - from sourcing ingredients, product design, clean up and making the products to packing orders and answering emails.
Sometimes I feel like the work is undervalued.
But at least I’m earning the hardest money there is.
