Do it yourself, save the hassle of dealing with grading nuances - like, say you know the process, mess up the calculation on a 3 question test, get 25 points off for the wrong number and then any other mistake fails you.
Go through those lectures, and if you really need to hammer in the muscle memory for the calculation try PatrickJMT's channel & work through textbook examples (Calculus by James Stewart and Vector Calculus by Marsden & Tromba are pretty good)
