Today, I will mostly be shitting down another account due to time wasting because they use ai chatbots for support and they're useless. That'll be 3 accounts this year. It's quite astonishing how much business companies want to use. Do note that with some, a long stream of profanity can be enough to get you through to a human. Fortunately that works with my bank so ask question, wait for bullshit with options, stream profanity, get human, ask question, get answer! No questions, no hour of going round in circles.

So here it is. Use ai for support to save from paying people to provide the service but have a contract. Waste more than 10 minutes of time and you start paying me by the minute. Support used to take a fraction of the time it does now. This is cost externalisation and my time is something I value.
