  "content": "Started about 2 weeks after moving in:\n\nWarning notices tagged to my door that threaten eviction over things like grass height.\n\nMultiple ownership changes without proper infrastructure(driveways for residents) \n\nMultiple payment portal changes.\n\nPayment portal account errors.\n\nThey can't show me a title that they actually own the trailer I'm buying from them.\n\nThey ignored the state Attorney General twice after I made a complaint. Only responded after I sent a final demand letter a day after I got this letter from the AG.\n\nBoil water notices lasting over 2mo.\n\nRent increase outside of my contracted price til 2028(after they put driveways in that where already supposed to be there)\n\n\n\nI've logged every interaction I've ever had with these people and have every paper that's ever been tagged to my door. I have a letter from the AG consumer protection division stating they where ignored twice by the park. The CEO has replied to emails then gone cold telling me it's me that doesn't want to talk to them. I'm just asking for things in writing. No calls. For accountability.\n\nThey all knew what was going on, did nothing, and still wanted to send me a 7day move out notice, then do nothing about it to follow through to actually take me to court, because I have this Harry Potter book stack of evidence they don't want to go in front of a judge.\n\nSo hard not to buy sats...😑\n",
