Agile doesn’t teach you systems thinking though. It teaches you make-work process management. Agile is India slop

i don't entirely disagree there, but there's not really another great common term that captures the idea of being disciplined about software quality and using shared norms and processes to do so. (And I would be doing the current moment, a disservice not to mention that putting literal Agile guardrails around an LLM - the make-work process that you're talking about - is actually a really good way to keep it doing the right thing. Surprise, surprise.)
