I don't think that is what will happen. I'm a real person, not a criminal, and I've failed to verify identity to open accounts before. I just wasn't able to make an account with no path available for resolution.

Millions are already debanked for other reasons. Add KYC fails in and that number will grow. Those people will make a path, not to deny anything but simply because they have no other choice.
