Working on some large improvements for the Nostr.land relay.

I’m not sure if I want to yet, but there is a lack of good quality free relays, and I might run one.

No guarantees unlike Nostr.land, of course, but stable free relays are required for NWC, remote signers, and getting people on Nostr in the first place.
