Well, again this is probably communication issue. I never in my life thought it was a good idea for clients to delegate responsibility for the core functions of Nostr to a relay.

Anything that makes one think they can make an app that connects to a single "smart relay" is already a bad idea.

Maybe it didn't matter what I wrote though, we ended up getting everything bad on all sides of the spectrum, and some of the good too.

I just wanted to clarify a little bit here, selfishly.
