I think this whole project started off as being called clawdbot, but because of legal ramifications.. they changed to moltbot where they brought out a shitcoin i think? Then rebranded to openclaw. I think it's a oss/foss project but im not sure where its actualy heading with openai bringing the creator onto their team.

Im just bringing up nanoclaw and other 'claw' projects as they seem to do a better job than openclaw does, (nano defo does!).

it feels almost like openai did this hiring to slow down progress of personal assitant AI creation by the public maybe. I have No idea how many pages of code the creator has pushed though.

FOSS is defo going to win this if we can hold out till new RAM comss out. The cost of self hosting is practically car prices now so I worry about the public getting left behind because hardware will be priced so high till 2029(?).

Just sick of big tech waving the money stick at projects and people who could change things for the better, but instead work for shit companies with shit agendas 😔- the only thing not shit is the salary i guess?
