It is not a photogenic dish, but is delicious. I am trying to get through a bunch of cabbage and this what I came up with. Sautéd cabbage, ground beef, garlic, a lot of miso, sake, soy sauce, and mirin. I also topped it with a bunch of shiso leaves. 😋
