I follow the instructions that can with them and used my own blend of seed starting mix which I used to start over 60 other seeds in with great succes...

It is possible. If some seeds freeze they are gonners. Maybe they were to old. Maybe a bad batch from a non ripe fruit. I'd jjust chuck the pack if you're having success with other seeds
