Maybe there are places in USA where it would work and then maybe also tying to miners and put the heat into the adjacent offices or whatever the car park is there for but one needs to see where those disincentives might lie. Energy is a mess. Look at the subsidies to oil industry as well as things like solar. Government sticks it's oar in on all sides",
