After cleaning, cultivating me-time …which includes Nostr-time and sharing my goodies 🌱😍

My hubby made me an iced matcha latte with home made raw oat milk and we are enjoying my energy pearls I create quite a batch, so we have them any time we feel like eating some sweets. Only raw organic ingredients as always…making everything from scratch.

I love dedicating my time to creating the food I nourish my body with. What we eat becomes part of us, it fuels our body, mind and energy. That’s why I choose the cleanest, most natural ingredients possible, rather than relying on food produced by an industry driven by speed, pressure, and profit.
