This is what I tell everyone I see contemplating it. You can pay lower interest while risking less unless you have absolutely shit credit.

I think the key here is IF you have an acceptable fiat income.

If you earn only Bitcoin I can see it. A lot of institutions may not consider that income at all right now. I actually don't know how that works. Could be wrong.

But if you have no income or too little for the amount you borrow, I figure that's how you can get rekt very easily with Bitcoin loans especially. You can just lose your entire stack while you sleep in theory. Most of the fiat systems don't work that way
