The no-kyc rails do they even exist any more? From my prospective they don't.

The bulk of offers on P2P exchanges are using stablecoins.

I think we are witnessing the capture of Bitcoin by those wanting to control the payment rails. With this in place what is the differences between Bitcoin and Fiat.
