Here's another thing that wasn't clear the first time I answered this: you are acting as if Nostr are "technology", but Nostr isn't technology. Maybe secp256k1 signatures and WebSockets are technology, JavaScript is technology, each individual app is technology, but Nostr is just an arrangement of technologies around an idealistic vision or something like that. I don't know for sure what Nostr is in your scheme, but it can't be technology.
