I love it. Yes, it’s work…! Once you’ve removed the spines (skin nit necessary if they are young), you can steam it in very little water, so the slime will be a little removed. Then cut in slices or dice. Cut tomato, cilantro, onion and add lots of lemon or lime juice and salt. And of corse chilli if you like it spicy 😍
