It is just web of trust and nspam model filtering keeping them out. The problem is both of them can be flaky. Just basic Android app troubleshooting from there.

I believe nostr:nprofile1qqsw9n8heusyq0el9f99tveg7r0rhcu9tznatuekxt764m78ymqu36csxjejf knows they are sometimes flaky even in the new version. He only takes bug reports via github so he won't be hearing from me officially.
