Interesting. My egfr isn't great but I'm on high dose creatine, double the standard. My doc found out how much creatine and said to stay on the creatine and ignore egfr unless it declines. So little care that I haven't even had urine tested. They clearly felt my numbers were uninteresting after having the additional context and even commented most regular creatine users see even lower numbers.
