Most apps just forget that any request can be rejected and they just keep asking again. Could also be some bug in amber or some kind of infinite loop ...

Two recent examples - Amethyst continually asks for auth from tons of relays, while Yakihonne continually asks for push notifications. Don't remember what was being asked by 0xchat, but the same issue on first login stopped me from using it - so many requests that it just becomes cognitively draining
