What’s the book about? Just work and some reading for me too

It's basically a collection of memorandums by an ex KGB agent to the CIA explaining how the fall of Soviet Russia was staged so Russia could begin getting economic aid from NATO and spread communism at a grander scale.

Obviously i haven't read it yet but I'm torn. Russia isn't currently receiving aid from the imf or world Bank, but the policy of rich countries propping up pour countries definitely continues. So it's like it worked, just not to their benefit.
