GM ☀️

Got completely sucked into Nostr yesterday.

Deep session lasting almost the whole day.

Always preferred to work like this. Limitless hours, morning till the evening. Repeat.

Used to neglect food, exercise, time with the close ones.

Not anymore.

Turns out the hours were never the problem. What I cut to make room for them was.

Nourishing yourself, going for a walk, staying in the sun, hugging your wife, or husband or the kids or whoever - These all are invaluable. These go first.

So... What did you stop sacrificing? 🤔
