In an emergency, you would be very comfortable in Harley Street, provided you lived nearby, but they don't have the resources to diagnose or treat anything but relatively routine issues.

The patients on BUPA coverage face the walk of shame by the accountants towards the end of the second week of their 3 week treatment. If the patient is unable to pay for the additional weeks treatment and the subsequent 6 weeks outpatient appointments, then they are asked to leave.
