Should I be angry at my grandma because of her public pension? She's receiving way more than she contributed.

Unfortunately many people benefit unfairly from the state. Should I also "hate" anyone that went to a public university or hospital?

I see the point, but don't think it's fair. I hate the state, which is clearly who steals from me. And I'm disappointed of those who defend that robbery (whether they benefit from it or not). But I don't get into second order beneficiaries. Is a public health doctor net negative? Is a university professor? Where's the line?
