They have every right to block whoever they want, they just need to be transparent about it because otherwise they’re just gaslighting their users by not making them aware that they have a filter.
Think about it, unless you’re the one being banned, there’s no way to know “hey maybe my client has a secret list of persona non grata so I should switch clients”. Nothing on their interface suggests or explains this behavior.
This is a serious trust problem.
