Yeah, they shut down Bavaria's nuclear power plants, so they're trying to switch to fusion. I think that is also why the CSU hasn't been that eager to invest in restoring nuclear, as they then might end up with a white elephant nuclear power plant if the fusion actually worked. And if it doesn't work and the fusion plant is the white elephant, all the neighbors are building nuclear, and we can just buy from them. If it does work, the neighbors will be stuck with the white elephants and we'll have the best energy source.
