I might be the only person who hates “culture”. As in, trying to fit into a specific culture. Does anyone else feel this total indifference to culture...
I don't understand culture. I went to school to be a teacher. I felt like culture was the only thing the professors talked about. The program might as well have been called multicultural studies.
I wrote a lot of papers and mostly received A's, but it was total bullshit. I don't understand why culture is important at all. I think it's lame. I think for myself. I don't understand what my culture has to do with anything. If anything, I feel more like I'm part of Cypherpunk culture than the culture people want to assume based upon my skin color.
I don't care about the culture war. Political rhetoric has been restarted for 20 years because of that shit. I have read Cason's book. It's interesting.
I understand we have enemies and have to deal with them in one way or another, but I can't understand that Carl Schmitt either. I don't want to be on anyone's cultural football team.
