Not an AnCap, but I don't see how involving the government in that transaction would make it better in any way. I can easily imagine both parties dying from separate causes if the transaction is forbidden by a government.

Literal coercion in its many forms can be handled by the courts.

But purely economic coercion ("poverty") is best handled by increasing liberty, with a side of voluntary charity.
