Monero does not have a better SoV proposition, it lacks in the most fundamental aspect: security budget. There were instances of reorgs done by pools of mediocre size. This alone means it is not a serious wealth storage/transfer vehicle. When monero becomes much bigger, it will face the same boss as everything else that grew too big to be dismissed: deep pockets and infinite fiat.
