Think of ways to make more reach, service more people.

I think you could create sub profiles, or more easy would be to create #flash-hashtags so more people can subscribe but can be selective about what they want to block/ignore.

In your end of day posts, drop in a "tips appreciated" line of some sort. It might feel like begging, but I've noticed that even podcasts that ask for tips will remind me to do so more often.

I heard also that finding ways to reward tips is good. Like giving a dog a treat for good behavior. Podcasts read out people's comments, kickstarters give out merch or put names in Easter eggs in their products.
