今天我给人力资源讲挑选简历的要点,就是两高(必有其一)。一个是上限高,一个是下限高。上限高就是那些年轻人,学历经验都不重要,但是一定是聪明,能吃苦,能拼的,有很好的成长性;下限高就是一些能不用培养拿来就用的,经验是第一位的,其他都可以放宽。

反过来,如果是老同志,同时没有经验的;或者不老不年轻,还需要培养,赌一赌学习能力的,需要赌潜力的,一律都优先级靠后。。

我厂算AI saas小厂,沾边AI,还是挺好招人的。。
