Different seeds have different Techniques.

For some people it comes naturally bit others struggle with seeds.

Heat mats help but you need domes then. Pre soaking some seeds helps. Depth of sowing is a big one. And sometimes just any old dirt will do, other seeds wil require actual seed starting soil
