I've built a solid base within the hotel industry that allows me to manage my time well. Haven't felt like a slave since Covid which is nice. Told my boss several times when he pushed back on me using my earned time off that if he didn't approve what I had earned that I'd quit and work for the competition for less. He hasn't giving me a hard time since 2023 and I keep making him look good. Definition of a win-win 😎😂
