There are too many "not"s in your first paragraph for it to make sense to me. Maybe later in the day I can make sense of it.
What I am saying is that if monoploies exist, you don't have capitalism. Capitalism requires competition. Monopolies don't allow competition. That's why monopolies are illegal in a capitalist system. Monopolies are no longer illegal in the US. The US is no longer a capitalist system.
Saying that capitalism is the road to monoploies is akin to saying that peace is the road to war. I can also point to plenty of examples where war occurred after sustained periods of peace, but that doesn't mean they are the same.
