What are you wanting to stop? The notification? That's necessary for Amber to stay connected to those relays in the background, since Android will otherwise aggressively kill background processes.

Amber needs to remain connected to those relays to listen for incoming signing requests using NIP-46 remote signing. Without that notification, Amber won't work for remote signing, only for local NIP-55 signing.
