I self host an ActivityPub client called Castopod, a FOSS podcast hosting app (but you can select as a music release in the feed itself). Fountain and Podhome can also do but that's with them hosting. I've stuck with ActivityPub to host audio as was already self hosting other stuff. I'd like to set up Blossom servers at some point but these things take me time to get my head round and I certainly need to get more storage organised!
