Deceit implies intent, which I didn't. You could instead have said I was inaccurate. Thanks for the facts, though. You seem very knowledgeable.
I wasn't aware of the gap from CPU to GPU mining in Bitcoin, only from GPU to ASIC way after I played with it. I might as well have mined on CPU. That old rig had the Radeon HD4870 paired with a hellish hot AMD Phenom II X4 940 BE. Although as you said not in 2009, since I was definitely on a pool.
