IMO anything you enjoy doing which puts the body in some relatively constant and fluid motion somehow tunes the mind. Some swim, bike, run, dance (and sing ), walk in the forest, ... Pick one you know you enjoy and and if necessary overcome/ignore the initial rut, don't overplan, no thoughts needed at the start, make the space and time and doing is all is needed. GLHF
