  "content": " \nUpdate:\n\nOkay funds are safu and wallet balance is back.\nHere are the sequence of steps I took.\nNot 100% certain what fixed, but I am fairly confident the VPN was somehow triggering this bug for me.\n\n- VPN for this particular phone was on this whole time, and almost always on.\n- Tried to recover wallet from within Primal, but balance was still zero.\n- Downloaded WoS, tried to recover with seed words from primal backup, failed with a short error message essentially read to check 12 words and try again.\n- Downloaded Xverse, did the same as in WoS, recover with seed words, also failed.\n  - This time the error message in Xverse was long enough (see attached) and contained enough info. to make me think it might be a VPN issue (especially the part that read 403 error and `PERMISSION_DENIED`).
