I had to look up wire weeder. I didn't realize how many different options of weeders there were. I've just been using a collection that have come from garage sales or left behind in places we've moved into. My favorite right now is a small flat shovel head on a 5ft shaft. I use it like a spear. To slice through the roots. I'm covering a large woods and using it for cucklebir and thistle roots also.
